Role Purpose

Head of Owners Commercial

- Leadership role responsible for delivering the Haven Commercial strategy across our Caravan Sales and Owner businesses
- This role will be responsible for re-designing the Commercial Operating Model of the Haven business to more effectively make decisions that trade-off between the Holidays and Owners businesses 

- Responsibilities include:

    + Caravan Sales pricing
    + Owner Income & Site Fee pricing
    + Lettings and Cash Membership pricing
    + Caravan Sales Commercial Trading performance
    + Ownership of Pitch Profitability and all key decision criteria governing allocation of pitches between Fleet and Owners

-  Taking up a leadership role within the newly created Owners Commercial function, the right candidate will have the opportunity to shape the development of this function and lead the creation and recruitment of a new team.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for reviewing and optimising Caravan Sales pricing and owners site fees pricing across all Haven parks
• Accountable for all lettings pricing structure on parks.
• Recruiting & developing new team who will be responsible for pitch allocation; caravan sales trading; pitch fees and lettings fees.
• To set a clear and structured plan to deliver revised Caravan Sales Pricing, Site Fee pricing and Letting pricing frameworks across all Haven parks.
• To set a clear and structured plan to deliver revised Caravan Sales Pricing, Site Fee pricing and Letting pricing frameworks across all Haven parks.
• Develop a new process to govern pitch allocation between Holidays and Owners, supported by the newly developed Commercial Operating Model.
• To deliver a new Commercial Operating Model for Haven that unlocks significant growth in Pitch profitability by optimising the use of pitches across Holidays and Ownership.

Essential Skills

• Possess an Analytical & Commercial mindset
• Excellent Stakeholder Management experience
• Experience in developing and leading teams, supporting and inspiring their team, celebrating success through reward and recognition

Desirable Skills

• Leisure / Hospitality industry experience
• An understanding or experience of caravan sales
• Previous commercial experience 
• An understanding of field-based sales teams
• Change Management experience
