As a Guest Relations Manager, I am responsible for:
• Directly overseeing our guest experience through face to face contact, telephone, email and social media
• Working with a comprehensive written complaints management system, and issuing responses in a timely manor
• Leasing with our Leadership Team and Holiday Experience Manager on opportunities to improve our service
• Working alongside our Central Guest Relations Support Team
• Ensuring the best service is given to our guests in all areas of the business
