We are looking for a Sales Support Administrator on a full-time basis to join our fantastic team at Haven

Your Opportunity:
As a Sales Support Administrator you will deliver the administrative element of
the Sales Business through the professional handling of all areas of administration
which supports partnership and contact centre bookings. You will be
responsible for the efficient administration of such tasks and act as a conduit
between our customers and parks as appropriate, whilst ensuring a first-class
customer experience in line with the Mission Statement.
You will accurately respond to our guest’s queries received via
email and social media, demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the Haven
Holidays product and striving for a first-time resolution. You will utilise all
available resources and recommend update changes to our internal and external
FAQ’s where appropriate.
You will provide full administrative support, in conjunction with
our contact centre and parks, for our guests. Including amendments,
charges, cancellations and credit control.
To be successful you will:
Have excellent written and spoken English
Administrative experience
Good problem solving and organisational skills
Confident in making decisions that support our guests and our business
Possess a positive, inclusive, can-do mindset and the
ability to work within a fast paced and changing environment
