Sales and Customer Service Agent

We are looking for motivated individuals who can demonstrate great listening skills and help our guests achieve their dreams of holiday home ownership on one of the sites of Britain's best loved holiday company. You will be excellent at building relationships and ensuring everyone receives a 'Breath of Fresh Air' Experience in line with our Haven Culture. You will be responsible for contacting and building rapport with new customers via incoming calls and emails, converting their enquiries into appointments by being their expert sales advisor. You will be set targets by your Team Leader/Manager and your objective will be to deliver these sales targets in line with the business requirements

Build rapport quickly and deliver clear and concise information
The ability to discover and respond to the customer’s needs
Develop positive customer relations and focus on the Customer Journey
You are target driven
Flexible approach to work schedule – you will work 5 days over 7 which will include some weekends
You are happy to work independently and within a team
