Holiday Home Advisor - Hybrid Working 

 

As a Holiday Home Advisor, you will be joining one great team, proudly and consistently providing an individual, tailor made experience.  We are looking for motivated individuals who can demonstrate great listening skills and help our guests achieve their dreams of holiday home ownership on one of the sites of Britain's best loved holiday company. You will be excellent at building relationships and ensuring everyone receives a 'Breath of Fresh Air' Experience in line with our Haven Culture.

You will be set targets by your Team Leader/Manager and your objective will be to deliver these sales targets in line with the business requirements. 
Specific previous experience is not a requirement of the role.

What you will be doing:
**Contact and build rapport with new customer enquiries via incoming calls and emails
**Gather relevant information to establish the customer’s needs, and be a qualified advisor to help them with all the information they require, assisting them in making their choice
**Converting customer enquiries into appointments, with a view to purchasing a holiday home
**Follow up all appointments after visit
**Achieve personal and team targets 
**Ensure accurate and efficient data entry
**Develop product knowledge and establish strong relationships with Parks

You will work 5 days over 7 in this role, so the role will involve some weekend work on a rota basis. You will work one day of the weekend and have one day off during the week.
