As a Marketing Executive you will join our Hemel based marketing team within the Owner Communication team. Owners on Haven parks benefit from a great package of benefits. And this team manages the communication to the owners on a very detailed level across primarily digital channels. The role involves liaising closely with the park teams to produce engaging, relevant and interesting communication about their park and owner experience. It is an extremely fast paced role that requires strong prioritisation skills and an ability to work on a number of campaigns simultaneously.
The Purpose of the role:
Co-ordinating the production of e-mails from our parks to owners on a weekly and monthly basis. Ensuring the emails are of the highest quality with factually correct information while ensuring consistency & synergy between central campaigns.
Supporting the production of functional communication including billings, statements and business critical messages
Copy writing for all types of communication to owners from fun to function
Support and guide park teams to ensure content across all channels is engaging and follows the guidelines from research and brand guidelines
Champion the email system to ensure it is a beneficial tool for the park teams to use
Support the creation artwork for central campaigns working closely with the campaign manager ensuring artwork is on brand
Regularly collating the reporting of all communication channels (website, emails, Facebook)
Ensure data requests are timely, accurate and fully checked against the database
Raising POs raised as required
Supporting on any other ad-hoc requirements
