Sustainability Co-ordinator
**Flexible working with a Hemel Hempstead office**


We're looking for a Sustainability Co-Ordinator to develop, coordinate, and promote effective Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG)/ sustainability initiatives to reduce Haven’s impact on the environment and improve social responsibility. 

What you will be doing:
**Maintain the Sustainability Log - understand the business agenda, adding and tracking initiatives
**Understand sustainability within the context of our market (UK holidays, caravan parks and consumers) and benchmark Haven in the market
**Help to develop Haven’s sustainability strategy and help to decide how this will be measured.
**Prioritise and coordinate sustainability initiatives – collaborating across teams to deliver initiatives on time and budget.
**Help develop a strategic plan with our charity partners to maximise our partnerships both centrally and co-ordinating on parks
**Improve our communication of sustainability achievements (internally & externally) by working with SMEs.

What we'd like you to bring:
**Passion for/ detailed understanding of ESG/ corporate sustainability from consumer trends, to government legislation.
**A high level of personal motivation and enthusiasm, with a track record of taking accountability to deliver results.
**Excellent communication skills - you will be communicating with teams across the business as well as guests and owners
**The ability to influence stakeholders - a large part of the success of your role will be delivering through others
