Head of Food & Beverage

Role Purpose
Lead and inspire the Food & Beverage teams across all the F&B outlets on park with the aim to maximise and grow F&B sales, profit, service & quality, guest satisfaction and team retention. By leading the Team Managers and their teams you will deliver a common purpose of creating F&B memories that last a lifetime for our guests and owners. 

Key Responsibilities
F&B Growth - To maximise team performance through leading and directing Team Managers and their teams including brands. Deliver Year on year Sales Growth and exceed budgeted profit. Drive Sales through outstanding delivery of food, drink and service.  To actively control labour deployment and flex consistently across the area, ensure engagement with the tools available. 
Safety - To safeguard the Haven brand and reputation of the business through the execution of all brand standards and maintain the quality in all aspects of the business.  Conduct service audits to ensure brand standards are adhered to. Be accountable for Health & Safety standards, driving actions from audits, EHO or other governing body.  Safeguard the restaurants against legal claims.  Proactively manage Hygiene levels with the aim of achieving a 5 star hygiene rating within each venue. Ensure that all areas comply with all legal requirements and are safe and clean in line with standards and protocols 
Coaching & Development – Coach, mentor and lead by example in the delivery of the day to day objectives including daily visits to each restaurant and bar.  Communicate key messages to managers and teams. Ensure that personal objectives are set for Managers and Team and are aligned to the specified service and hospitality standards. Ensure all Managers and team complete Safe & Secure training.  
Guests & Owners – Work collaboratively with Operational Excellence team to ensure that teams are focused on putting guest first. Build strong relationships with our owners and holidaymakers and continuously improve on feedback. 
Costs - To maximise profit contribution through monitoring cost control and coaching managers to improve their ability to control costs and recognise where you can add most value in this area.

Requires High level of expertise in Food and Beverage operations 
Requires expert understanding of related legislation

• Strong management and leadership skills to lead broad teams
• Confident decision maker
• Can exercise sound judgement and manage conflicting priorities when under pressure
• Have had previous responsibility for working with financial budgets
• Has previously managed a profit centre with both revenue and expenses
