Operating Model Manager (F&B)
We are looking for a F&B Operating Model Manager to join our F&B team here at Haven, this role is quite new and they are busy building our F&B agenda across all of our parks across the UK. Would you like to be part of this amazing new journey? Read further below
An exciting opportunity for an individual who is focused on driving efficient sales, through excellent guest experiences strong contribution and without compromising the safety of our team & guests. Acts as the conduit between propositional direction and development of the operational model to ensure guest satisfaction, team understanding & alignment with strong sales & contribution. Reporting directly into the F&B Director.
You will be
Creating all Operating models that provide excellent commercial output in sales growth, guests advocacy and contribution. Focused on ensuring the faultless delivery of operating models that can be easily delivered by our team, are beneficial to our guests and deliver strong contribution.
We are looking
Proven track record in the role or a role of similar description. National experience and a record of working with key stakeholders Is essential.
An excellent communicator. Skilled in all business systems and operating models to cover guest excellence, finance, marketing and the wider operations. Is able to effectively translate through the filter of guest, team and shareholder.
Can work remotely or as part of a team and can communicate effectively with other stakeholders with strong presentation & project management skills. A key eye for detail and a thirst to problem solve.
