As a Marketing Executive you will join our Hemel based marketing team within the Owner Communication team. Owners on Haven parks benefit from a great package of benefits. And this team manages the communication to the owners on a very detailed level across primarily digital channels. The role involves liaising closely with the park teams to produce engaging, relevant and interesting communication about their park and owner experience. It is an extremely fast paced role that requires strong prioritisation skills and an ability to work on a number of campaigns simultaneously.

The Purpose of the role:
•Co-ordinating the production of e-mails for 36 parks from the park team to owners on a weekly and monthly basis. Ensuring the emails are of the highest quality with factually correct information while ensuring consistency & synergy between central campaigns.
•Support and guide park teams to ensure content across all channels is engaging and follows the guidelines from research and brand guidelines 
•Champion the email system to ensure it is a beneficial tool for the park teams to use
•Support the creation artwork for central campaigns working closely with the campaign manager ensuring artwork is on brand
•Regularly collating the reporting of all communication channels (website, emails, Facebook)
•Ensure data requests are timely, accurate and fully checked against the database
•Raising POs raised as required 
•Supporting on any other ad-hoc requirements
